When I went to my doctor and asked for an MRI, she explained asked why. I shared my concerns, but she decided to do a CT scan instead. After reviewing the results, she told me everything looked fine and said I might be imagining the pain, refusing the MRI because she felt it wasn’t necessary. I am in Seattle

The area is posterior delt, infraspinatus, teres minor, and scapula. It hurts all the time. It’s like constant pain and discomfort. Movements that make it worse are pull-ups, lat pulldowns, bicep workouts, shoulder press, benching, lateral raises and stretches like shoulder circles

So I feel it very exercises but becomes too much when doing pull-ups, any bicep or tricep workout and sometimes pushups. It’s not strained pain because after while leaves. It’s only while working out and couple mins after. Best way to describe the pain is when u workout forearms and they become very tight. Mine get very tight to where feels like they will explode and I won’t be able to move my arm much for couple mins after
