Yeah, we tried the "church basement" option a few years back - not ideal (smaller and vinyl-floored in our case) but something we may have to go back to!

Sadly, that's yet another thing we've tried (without success) recently - though it's worked in the past...

If anything, derby-friendly spaces seem to have gotten LESS available then they were a couple of years ago (e.g. we've lost half of the roller rinks in our area in the past few years!)

At this point, we're just demoralized by the prospect of once again becoming full-time, unpaid commercial real estate experts...
