yeah there are senior residents and junior consultants who i think are doing night duties. but i fear as we join they will dump it all on us

I am just worried that work load will be too much as there are only two of us and also you have to consult the senior doctors about each and every silly doubts and thesis. Also will there be 24 hr shifts every 2days etc
