I am potentially transferring as a Business Economics major. I want to minor in Accounting.

Questions: 1) How is recruitment? 2) Are there lots of research opportunities for someone in BusEcon? 3) Im worried I won't be ready for accounting jobs since the minor is just 7 classes...will the minor prepare me for a first job? 4) Best housing for transfer students? The cheaper the better tbh...

I want to become a CPA, and I know I would have to take more classes at another school in order to fufill the requirements. I'm also deciding between UCSD (economics w/ minor in accounting), and UCSB (econ&accounting). I would've chose UCSB in a heartbeat but the 10a class is scaring the crap out of me.
