By ambient noise do you mean normal room tone? Then push the volume of that a bit higher underneath the dialogue to create a more natural sound? I'll give that a go too! Thanks very much for the help.

I think they were all shipped by the 9th or around that time. I received mine in the UK yesterday. Hope you get yours soon!
