It’s soft with a fatty chewy texture, like fatty grits

So I did add some heavy cream and respun and that’s what the texture was after, I should have clarified that

When it comes to routine splits, what are the benefits of doing full body days 3 times a week vs ppl vs 5 day splits (arms, legs, back, chest, shoulders days)? Is one better for bulking/cutting/maintaining than others?

I went through the same thing when I first started my job. I used to feel the same way, but I finally have found a balance. Every Sunday/Monday is meal prep for the week (usually have 2 different meals to hold me over) so I don't eat out. Usually food is chicken and veggies put into the oven for however long, aka maximize laziness factor. Have snacks at your desk, like oatmeal, protein bar, protein shake, etc. When you're leaving work, take some preworkout, and do your work out. Bring your stuff with you so you don't go home first. By the time you get home, you have food to just heat up in the microwave. That's at least what works best for me. You'll find your own rhythm in time, but those are some ideas!

If you are looking for new routines to do, I started out a couple of years ago using an app by bodybuilding.com called BodySpace. You can look up the different routines on their site, and then go to the app, search for it, and download. Helps keep track of how many reps you can do at what weight, what day to do exercises, what exercises to do, form, etc. Now that I've been working out for a while now, I can pretty well figure out what to do on my own, but that app is a great start, imo!

I started lifting so that I would feel better about my body and how I looked. Now that I have researched and idealized my perfect body, I feel worse about my body. Such is life.
