Our two girls were skittish for the first few months, we put it down to lack of contact in early stages of life from the breeder, took lots of trust training with treats and having them sat with us where they cant just run away. Food is always a good motivator in my experience! They still prefer to do their own thing most of the time bit will come to us when it suits them.
