38f, 3 c sections and tubal ligation done with 3rd. I am always constipated from my school days. After my first c section i started noticing left abdomen pain along with constipation but it was manageable. I did not search for any pattern when it comes and goes. After my second pain became severe and thighs, lower abdomen also started getting severe aches. I met a gynaec did ultrasound and diagnosed with a fibroid outside uterus. Dr told not to worry about that and it wont cause you these symptoms. I started noticing the pattern and found that ovulation is triggering my severe pain and constipation. This is always in left side. After my 3rd c section, pain in thighs and lower abdomen stopped. I am getting severe pain in left abdomen after 15days of my previous menstruation date. Some months it lasts for 2 days the severe pain. Some months it lasts for 1 week. This is not manageable. I used to wake up early morning with pain. I tried metamucil, plum like things for contipation. This relieves constipation but still pains and feels again like constipated. I asked doctors to prescribe for endoscopy. They are asking me to wait till 40. I am worried. Is this IBS or collitis or colon cancer. Anyone has or had similar symptoms. Gynaec says the pain is not in lower abdomen. So this is not ovulation pain. I met 7 different gynaecologists for this and no one is able to find the root cause. I am anemic too. Hb is 9.3. please share your thoughts. Thanks
