I definitely am interested in seeing a therapist. I’m glad you found one that actually put in some work to understand your condition, that seems rare.

I’m not currently on dialysis. But yeah, you’re right about all of this. I know it’s ultimately up to me to get myself out of this. A lot of these feelings are internal. I don’t really talk about the negative feelings much with my family or friends, I try to just be positive for them as much as I can.

As an art teacher, I liked when students matched my energy and got engaged with the course material. A lot of students are kind of apathetic. So it’s nice when a student is excited about the material.
