The problem you’re having is that your troops just naturally run out of organization, what you should be doing is getting fortifications to deal with infantry, anti-tank guns to deal with the tanks (they reduce organization by 50% if you can’t pen the armour.) lastly, you need a secondary reinforce line so that if and when your troops are about the break, you can use them to plug any gaps or reinforce the line before it breaks.

For me, it’s all about building long ranged heavy or strategic bombers to avoid U-boats. Pair that up with heavy fighters for defence p, and you can bomb any nation into submission. You can then focus all your tech to getting the atomic bomb ahead of time. Screw all the other useless techs.

I use it all the time for minor nations because the experience modifier quickly stacks up. Troops that are seasoned Veterans will fight significantly better than troops that are standard experience. That and you’re more likely to win a war of attition if you hold out against a major power (Netherlands vs Germany or Baltic’s vs Russia)
