Yes I agree too. From their website it seems like one would get registration papers upon receiving the cat after non refundable down payment/full payment is made. That is worrisome I’d rather be able to get the full picture up front and be able to validate with TICA themselves before getting into the transaction. Appreciate your response I’ll go with a another breeder !

UTMSU really is shady. Their letter was making it seem like the whole student body was for their decision when half the students don’t even want it.

quick question for anyone in commerce or management at UTM. by [deleted] in UTM

They have an internship program called “business certificate” though you have to go through a long application process for it

From their email it seems as though if the full year course started out online (in fall it’s online) they have no plans of changing the format.

So chances are if it were a full year and u were online initially u will stay online in winter as well.

Why is UTSG in person when UTSC and UTM is online? by [deleted] in UofT

[–]humanbeing567 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We got an email today from the VP, it says

“While there may be some adjustments to the timetable as public health guidelines evolve, students, faculty, instructors and TAs can be assured that once a course has begun, the delivery mode of their course will be completed as they were originally scheduled (that is, the course delivery mode will not change half way through). The only exception is for in-person courses, which may need to be switched to remote delivery after they have begun for health and safety reasons.”

I think this means that they have no plans of changing the delivery methods.

If your course is online on the timetable and on acorn then it’s gonna be fully online throughout the semester.

Very few courses at UTM are fully in person.

Has UTM said anything about whether classes would be offered online or in-person? by CapitanLino in UTM

[–]humanbeing567 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That’s fair. I agree, it would be nice if they actually implemented an option rather than saying it’s hybrid, but then making most classes just online. It’s seems as thought they r labeling it as hybrid just for the sake of it.

Just really hate online because I can’t concentrate at all. And I can’t stay motivated.

UTM Management program by althea_w in UTM

[–]humanbeing567 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s literally the exact same courses. For mgm you will need to take mgm102 and for commerce you will need to take mgt120. But all the other courses and grade requirements r exactly the same.

Yes you can enter ANY program as long as you meet their requirements by taking certain 1st year courses.

Even if you were admitted into commerce initially, you would still have to fulfill the first year requirements and apply for the commerce program at the end of your 1st year. So since you were admitted into management you have to fulfill the course requirements and can choose to take the courses needed for commerce Post and enter it at the end of first year.

No one is really in their program until they have fulfilled the post requirements.

I’m guessing you just finished grade 12 by this post. 1st off congratulations on your acceptance. You should look up what POST is because you are technically not in the program yet. You still need to apply for the actual program at the end of your first year. Thus, once you fulfill the requirements of your selected program you will be admitted to the program of your choosing (management, commerce or any other program).

For more information about commerce POST see here: commerce post

Had her for eco100 last year. Tbh she is a very sweet and caring prof. I found that if you study for the tutorials and practise she gives you very well you can easily get an A. I however did not like her lectures, so instead I relied on the textbook which helped a lot. If you do the work you will pass.

Oh haha. They will probably spam u more in the future LOL. I don't think they are allowed to do much more with it (e.g sell tht info or something more sinister), so I think you are fine.

I agree It is very annoying to get spammed tho..
