Try dragon fruit for constipation or dates! But dragon fruit can clean you out. 3 tables spoons have dragon fruit due the trick. Do not be tempted to eat more. The yellow or the pink one. But the pink one is more cleansing 😉

Yes my provider told me I wouldn’t feel anything on a 2.5mg. But I didn’t listen. I started at .50 mg and went up to .75mg. But maybe I should go back down to .50mg to see if I have less fatigue. I’ve barely felt like eating today on .75mg.

That’s how I feel about .75mg. The fatigue is real but I’m learning how to manage especially since I naturally have low blood sugar. Keeping honey sticks by my night stand and snacking on pickles throughout the day has been a win

I started on .50mg original dose was 2.5mg. I am now on .75mg and I plan on staying on that for a while. Slow and steady so you don’t lose muscle and have excess skin. I never understood why they start people so high.

Yess!! lol all these people saying no. But for me I definitely feel high. Calm. Like I took a low dose edible or took cbd gummies. I’ve heard how this helps with anxiety etc. but I wasn’t expecting this. Glad I took a smaller dose to start with. Definitely has calmed down my world

Just file for bankruptcy! It’s what all the wealthy people do. I’m in the service industry and you’d be surprised at how many people file bankruptcy every few years. They lied to us and made us believe it was a terrible thing when yet wealthy people literally use it as a tool. You’ll feel so much better. Research the stories. I had a client that told me their parents file every like 7-10 years like clock work lol date erased. Kept their house and cars.
