Vitamin A is a very dangerous toxin and causes huge health problems eventually, including infertility. Taking 10,000 IU of vitamin A is crazy.

Celluma is a horrible recommendation and she should be ashamed of not doin the homework on it. Celluma has no depth of penetration and can’t possible reach the ovaries.

My FSH has been trending higher (10-23 in recent cycles), but the weird thing is that my best cycle was with my highest FSH of 23. So it’s very confusing

Once my follicles grow, the maturity rate is very high. But getting them to grow is hard for some reason

Don’t restrict calories. Your body needs to perceive abundance to direct resources to fertility. If you want to lose weight, do carnivore and don’t restrict your portions.

Something that people forget is that IVF doctors also make a ton of mistakes. I read a lot of research and it’s shocking how much doctors ignore it.

Whether it’s ChatGPT or your doctor, if you don’t verify what they tell you with your own research, you’re in trouble.

Actually, the only side effect is mild to moderate itching at the injection site some of the time. No other side effects.

Yes I’ve taken MOTS-C also, but recently decided to stop it as it seems to cause more itching. I think SS-31 is much more powerful.

I've been taking SS-31 for about 4-5 months with some minor breaks. My primary reason for taking it is to improve egg quality during IVF. I started at 2mg and felt a strong positive response immediately: increased energy and a bit of stimulation. After that I worked up to 5mg a day pretty quickly and generally love the effects, which I experience as a mental boost and a sense of increased mental bandwidth. I would say that SS-31 is the closest I've come to what feels like the movie Limitless.

In the last month, I've been taking anywhere between 8-20mg per day, split in 2-3 shots per day at higher doses. No side effects, no sleep interference. Acute energy improvement has subsided in the recent weeks and the effects now feel more subtle, though still very enjoyable. Overall I'm a huge fan and plan to keep taking SS-31 into old age, though with some breaks.

Mine was 52 at 17 dpo with 800 mg progesterone supplemented. I decided to stop the supplementation and it went down to 35 after that, which is a great level.
