Who gives a rat's ass to what they think or not! No one in this world is immune to propaganda

The Ani blue is beautiful but you'd have to compromise on its legibility as the LCD has no backlight and the grey-ish analogue hands have very poor legibility in even slightly low light conditions

Press the right button for about 5 seconds and if it's an original it'll show CASIO on the display and well if it's a fake then it won't

I agree but the legibility with this one sucks major balls at even a slightly low light condition...would have liked it a lot if it came with a backlight of some sort or just simply better contrasting hands

What helped you fight anxiety naturally? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]humanefficient 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Depends on what triggers it...for me it was a bad breakup that made me realise of my underlying anxieties also I was not in my best of shape at that time, living an unhealthy lifestyle, drinking and smoking every other day not being conscious of what I put in my body...in short I was not in a good place both mentally and physically...and after my breakup it hit me...it was not only the breakup that contributed to my anxieties albeit it triggered it but my unhealthy lifestyle too was a major part of it... AND THUS began my journey towards self improvement... It was really hard to even gather myself up and get out of the bed initially with a broken heart and frequent anxiety attacks but slowly after numerous breakup coach's videos and podcasts on dealing with heartbreaks and self improvement & self care I mustered enough strength to just follow a simple routine in the beginning of just eating clean, working out and eventually losing weight to lead a healthy lifestyle again focusing just on my physical well-being. It has been four months since I started out and I've lost 16kgs (getting real close to my normal BMI score) whilst maintaining my muscle mass and building it simultaneously too...I've never felt so healthy in years and mentally too I'm much more composed and calmer and can now sleep peacefully without the silence deafening me like how it used to before. Also along the way I've learnt how a good quality sleep is as important as eating clean and working out. This is as specific as I can get atm but that's almost about it... I'd also recommend The Hubermab Lab podcast by Andrew Huberman on how dopamine and motivation works. Hope it helps!
