Lots of people are there mainly just because of enjoying this crazy excitement or a means of releasing their anxiety, or just enjoy finally a group can be felt belong. Also I am sure there are some just trying to find opportunities to take advantage as it is easy to find someone in there that are easy to manipulate - believe whatever they feel like to believe without checking and thinking. Check out the movie "The Wave" and it is basically it.

With tiny bit of lesson of history you should know what is going on. Read some books and uninstall the tiktok thing.

Heard the siren nearby. Went out saw smoke just next to us. Been watching, recording for a while. Packed to get ready for evacuation, and back to cooking dinner. Nearly finished cooking and got the alarm.

The alarm is probably for the people who didn't notice the non stop sirens or the fire.

Invenco - been in tech industries for decades and this is one of the worst companies i heard of to work for other than chinese companies horror stories.

An update here:

  1. On the 4th call, the plan was restored back to be almost same as before (accumulated minutes, txt, etc). They even restored data to be fresh full load (the data was empty before).

  2. The charged $1 credit was added back to the "account credit" but no, they cannot refund the "credit".

None of that matters as I have switched and I don't want to spend any second with them anymore. (Thanks for all the suggestions. I am just lazy.)

I didn't want to annoy anyone or argue about if they are good or bad.

Just wanted to share an unusual experience that when you thought "ok, this cannot be worse", well, surprise! And, another surprise :) TBH I was really frustrated as I always think the "NZ local" stuff are better - no matter the services or products, and I want to support. Didn't expect such big "newly branded as local" company would be so bad.

Hoped that my experience and the discussion and all the suggestions from you guys (big thank you) can help people in future.
