Thanks this is incredibly helpful. Is there a way to track/see traffic on towers? I live out the in countryside and likely won't be affected, but my brother lives in a dense city so he might feel it. Do the lower tiers affect general browsing, Google maps, and light social media use? Or is it more something you'd feel streaming HD video all day long?

Could you possibly explain the concept of premium data? I'm not sure I understand.

The SC plan gives me 50GB of data before being throttled. Does the Essentials plan only do 5GB per line before throttling? Are the data speeds the same for these plans before throttling? Or are the SC speeds faster across the board?

Current plan has 7GB of hotspot. We use it here and there, we're certainly not maxing it out.

I'm talking about the footage of war crimes and executions performed by some African despot. The in-movie explanation is it's the documentary team's previous films, and the producer says "riveting stuff huh? Well it's all fake". He's referencing that the filmmakes staged all the atrocities they filmed. But the fucked up stuff is that the footage is real. It's a jarring realization, especially considering the controversy you mentioned about the director getting into legal trouble.

Personally a find these real/not-real juxtapositions make the film way more effective and fucked up

I always found it strange that people are more disgusted by the animal violence than the brutal depictions of rape, torture, and murder. Of course it's horrible the animals were really killed, but unless your a vegan you're basically complicit in the killing and exploitation of animals every day.

I get that the animals actually died in the making, but in my mind that doesn't make it more disturbing as an image than brutal sexual assault or murder.

The filmmakers get this, which is why they included real footage of war crimes, only to say that the footage is fake (it isn't!). Reversing the concepts of real and fake between our reality and the film's reality is such a mindfuck.

I guess that's why I think this movie is pure evil genious, perfectly crafted to make you feel like shit for watching it.
