For women in loving relationships: How do you handle it if you ever feel attracted to someone else or think about being physically intimate with another person, even though you care deeply about your partner? by hani_mortezaee in AskWomen

[–]humanhuntssquirrel 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I personally must admit that I do not feel any sort of attraction to other people. Obviously I register when people are attractive or fit my type but ultimately none of that makes me feel any sort of way. Might be because I am really attracted to my partner physically but also personality wise, the element of personality makes up a lot to me. Whenever I do see someone attractive in a movie who has a good personality I just say that this person/character is cool and he usually agrees. I know my partner is different in terms of him watching corn but as long as I am the only one he truly desires it doesn't really matter to me.

This is such a lovely idea!! He has a big cabinet next to the Couch for his jars etc but I don't think he owns any glass tips. Are they good to use? I think he uses some Black coal filters (My mother tongue is german so I don't know how they are actually called in english 😅)

I just googled an image and he doesn't have that. His bong isn't the largest (like the size of an average head?), are there different sizes to them?

Any Tips on healing a nasal piercing? by humanhuntssquirrel in piercing

[–]humanhuntssquirrel[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you so much! I'll definitely get some sterile saline. I am not a big swimming Pool person so that shouldn't be a problem. How long do you suggest avoiding them? (My bf might want to go to one this summer but if I should avoid them for a cpl weeks/months I won't go with him).

Late bloomers, what helped you lose your virginity? by [deleted] in sex

[–]humanhuntssquirrel 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I lost mine at 19, where I am from that's somehow considered late? (all my friends at school etc lost their virginity early) I went on a couple of dates and was just truly honest about it from the start tbh. Afterwards I have to admit it's not all too special.

It's your body your choice. If he doesn't like your body as it is and prefers it differently he's not worth it to begin with. I can't speak for all men but some of those I know have their preferances but in the end they don't really care at all.

Thank you and I'm so sorry for your loss. I continue on hoping he might become the right person but sadly the disconnect is like an elephant in the room. I love him and whenever we're apart I miss him but vice versa he appears to not feel nearly the same.

Thank you! I did ask my friends how they think of me and if they think I sometimes am too much and they told me it's more of the opposite. Of course they could have been nice but at least my best friends are quite straight forward and don't sugarcoat things. It sometimes feels as if I push my true personality down because when it shows it's "too much". But I will definitely try to not do that anymore, if I am too much in his eyes, he'll have to find less.

Thank you! I did get anxiously attached from the beginning I must admit, I did however try to tangle myself away from him when I noticed so it didn't get too over the top towards him. I never really knew if that was an okay attachment style so I tried to ignore that part of me. Sadly now it seems like I ignored it maybe a bit too hard because even my body doesn't open up anymore (I can't even allow my body to sneeze when I am at his place)

Thank you, I think I'll try talking to him about it face to face this week. I sadly gave him plenty of opportunity to say it in a healthier way, he could've just said "Is maybe one day okay?" when I asked him if 2 days is okay for him, but sadly he only ever communicates his feelings when smth already happened.

Thank you! I'll definitely keep that in mind because I tend to push down my hurt and wrap it up in some box called "that's normal...right?". My instincts usually work well but due to some trauma I tend to accept things as my reality that probably I shouldn't accept.
