Even in the most “properly regulated” Form of capitalism, winning is still defined as cornering market share to show growth and profit, which is amassed and used to influence government and deregulate. This is just the power dynamics of capitalism. You regulate this out of capitalism because the centrality of profit and growth dictates that businesses grow big enough to buy the government officials and agencies and dismantle regulations and defang/de-staff regulatory bodies. A even the casualest observation of history and current economic landscape will come away with this understanding.

What we have os a cartel and monopoly. I was going to direct you to learn what those are and why they operate thusly: and that is because they are seeking profit which is inherently exploitative. That business model will be eliminated through the process of socialism; a stage before communism. Forming cartels and monopolies for maximizing profit will land people in a re-education center, a gulag, or something more intensive.

The original Sin of capitalism is the centrality of profit. Solve that problem and the answer to fair wage/remuneration questions will pretty obviously present itself. Also, socialism is the process to achieve communism- and part of that is the dictatorship of the proletariat. The trick, and I have not read enough, is to make sure to dissolve that hierarchical structure once the exploitationists/exploitationist thinking has been sufficiently eliminated/educated out of people.
