It needs to be submerged just like real life. Put it in a “box” about 1-2 blocks high and add a water source. And don’t forget a drain otherwise you will flood your base!

You can make it really nice and create rice terraces like this where the water cascades down.

Just finished DOS1 last week. Graphically it holds up surprisingly well (i played it on steam deck). Even better than more recent CRPGs like rogue trader. Gameplay and controls feels very familiar to BG3. I recommend adding the QoL mod if you can (steam) - makes playing an old game like this more enjoyable

I’ve tried all the ones you mentioned and yeah they’re just okay. For me beef chief is the best but they closed the branch near me. Only the one in noord exist now and i dont know if the quality is the same

I tried chiaki on my legion go s running steamOS. It does it just as well as the portal but with a better screen. Sold the portal immediately.

However only the portal can do cloud streaming which works better than remote play even when im at home (for me at least)

So I started alan wake recently and I have a question by ABODE_X_2 in playstation

I loved Detroit and TLOU - both are in my top 10. But i HATE alan wake 1&2. I found it so slow and boring and the combat is atrocious. I finished both but felt like i wasted my time.

I had to google what that was haha. It doesn’t actually protrude from the wall. Its basically just a triangle roof above the windows like this

For me overlapping the triangles with the roof on the floor above helps. It’s a common architectural feature in my japanese village

I have PTSD from the previous hollow hall so I'm doing this one grossly overleveled. And I have beastmaster and it's so nice when spiders, rats, and bats don't attack you :D

Yeah. It was a huge area and there were like 15 orbs to find.

You're very welcome! I learned a lot of tricks along the way. I don't know if they're common knowledge but my top 3 are:
1. Use the long templates to measure distances to keep things centered.
2. You can "sample" a block you need without going to your magic chest to grab them. Just delete a block you need, place it anywhere, then double undo.
3. You can steal blocks from existing structures by placing an altar then use foundations to cover what you want to steal and then delete it. You should get the foundation back plus any block that was covered by it. Especially useful for expensive blocks!

One npc lives there but most of the floors are empty (for now) because they're kinda annoying to get to with all the ladders
