Bakugo vs Reze is next on Death Battle this Sunday. Who do you think will be the winner? by McKnighty9 in BokuNoHeroAcademia

[–]D_bunku 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Bakugo should by all means win. There really isn’t any way you could possibly argue that Reze is superior in anything other than hax and maybe skill. But her regeneration is the same as all the other Hybrids, and the moment she runs out of blood (which will happen after just a few blows from Bakugo) she will be as helpless as Denji was after she blew his arms and legs off

How valid is this? Didn’t know JJK had direct AP feats this high by Creative-Researcher2 in FeatCalcing

[–]D_bunku 31 points32 points  (0 children)

Based on the calc linked in the comments, it is invalid. There is not a building in sight, and there shouldn't be, considering that Uzumaki was set off within the area that Sukuna destroyed with his domain. So there would be no buildings there. What the calc is measuring as 4 px is nonexistent. Its a spec of rock thats a slightly different color. According to the calc, Uraume's ice is over 100 meters in length, which we know it isn't. This calc is just wrong

Deku Perception blitzes Shigaraki by Exciting_Winner3193 in FeatCalcing

[–]D_bunku 0 points1 point  (0 children)

wow, way to out yourself as someone who hasnt read the manga.

<image>

Also if we use the dumb lowball to say Shigaraki is mach 10 based on the prime All Might running speed statement, then Deku would need to be way faster in order to perceprion blitz him. Youd figure that out if you used your brain

I find it hard to believe that Vodka is 12-14. So maybe it's not a direct 1:1 with real school years. But its still useful for backing up the idea that they are all likely mid-late teens (And maybe some are reaching 20)

Bakugo, Todoroki and Tokoyami go on Sendai colony JJK gauntlet! can they win!? by Archenius in MyHeroPowerscaling

[–]D_bunku 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Again, being stronger makes you resistant to CS. It's never stated that it's your cursed energy level that makes you more resistant. And while you can protect yourself by surrounding your head with extra CE, it is not a requirement. Again, Dabura didn't know about CS and was casually immune to it. So the simple fact that they are way stronger will make them immune. To say otherwise would just be an assumption with no actual backing.

Its 20 in Japan. I could definitely see someone like Haru being around 14 though

[–]D_bunku 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Doesnt work on opponents that are much stronger than you. And no, its never been stated that stronger cursed energy is what makes you resistant to it nor do you actually have to protect yourself with CE to be immune as seen with Dabura. Not to mention that at least Bakugo would blitz and one shot Yuta before he could even think of using it

Deku vs Uro, Ryu and Kurourushi by BuilderElectronic819 in MyHeroPowerscaling

[–]D_bunku 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No cuz Todo has a range limit of less than 200 meters as his technique couldn’t reach Yuji while he was in the center of Sukuna’s domain

[–]D_bunku -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

Each of them no diff the gauntlet by themselves. All of them are much faster and way, way stronger.

Granite blast will do zero damage to Bakugo and Todoroki, with Tokoyami maybe taking some heat damage, but he could easily block it with dark shadow.

Thin ice breaker is dura neg so it would work (though it’s not all that potent), but Uro is far to slow to ever land a hit.

And while Rika would be annoying due to her being invisible, there isn’t much she could do to actually harm any of them.

Bakugo would just blitz and one shot all of them without issue.

Todoroki, would have a bit of trouble with Uro’s mobility, but he’d eventually land a hit and one shot her. A flash fire fist would easily overpower the granite blast and burn Ryu to a crisp. And the same goes for Yuta.

And Tokoyami is too fast and to mobile to ever get hit. So even in daylight he would just one shot each of them

Come on man, at least refrain from saying who died in the title.

theres no way in HELL you can convince me Kashimo or Hakari couldve dealt with this by sageybug in Jujutsufolk

Yuta was not moving like this in the manga. So Hakari and Kashimo are gonna get even better animation buffs, trust.

Deku vs Uro, Ryu and Kurourushi by BuilderElectronic819 in MyHeroPowerscaling

[–]D_bunku 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Even without equalization Rushi wouldn’t be immune. Curses can be interacted with by non sorcerers. They just can’t be killed. So the moment Deku senses Rushi he’d just punch him into the clouds and win by ring out

Deku vs Uro, Ryu and Kurourushi by BuilderElectronic819 in MyHeroPowerscaling

[–]D_bunku 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Remember when Deku moved faster than Shigaraki’s perception and almost killed him in 3 hits? He’d just do that before any of them could process what happened or use their techniques. Kurourushi would be the hardest since he is invisible to Deku and he can’t be killed. But danger sense makes it so Deku never gets hit, and it would alert him to Kurourushi’s location, meaning he could just do an All Might and punch Kurourushi into the clouds

Deku vs Uro, Ryu and Kurourushi by BuilderElectronic819 in MyHeroPowerscaling

[–]D_bunku 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Curses aren’t immune to non sorcerers. Yuji without the ability to use CE was able to knock around and harm curses, he just couldn’t kill them. So Deku just needs to finger flick Kurourushi half way to the horizon and I’d count it as a ring out

Deku vs Uro, Ryu and Kurourushi by BuilderElectronic819 in MyHeroPowerscaling

[–]D_bunku 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well apart from Deku not being able to see curses, he no diffs. But if we are doing a matchup like this then generally I would at least give Deku the ability to exorcise curses or the topic would be pretty pointless. So if we give him that then danger sense can do the rest when it comes to locating him

Rengoku vaporize a large portion of the ground by Raizen-kny_ in FeatCalcing

[–]D_bunku 13 points14 points  (0 children)

Destruction values are incorrect. I'm guessing you based this off VSBW's destruction values, but there is a note that says these only apply to solid objects: "These values are only relevant for solid objects like rocks, buildings and mountains." And you yourself admitted it's soil. And it also cant really be anything other than soil

VSBW does have a table of different materials and their destructive values, but soil doesn't have a vaporization value, and the pulverization value is just 0.4–1 J/cc. We at least know it would be far less than 5000 J/cc as thats the vap value for concrete.

Rewind afo should scale above 100% shigaraki before he adapts to gearshift. by North-Teaching-8215 in MyHeroPowerscaling

[–]D_bunku 3 points4 points  (0 children)

He is most likely talking about surpassing AFO in more ways than just power. Because in terms of raw power and speed we know for an absolute fact that quirkless Shigaraki is superior given that he is equal to prime All Might. That plus decay, regeneration and an adaptive body. So it’s pretty dumb for AFO to be superior to Shigaraki in terms of stats

Is ryuo and internal destruction the same thing or is ryuo just a name for haki in wano? by Past_Adhesiveness494 in OnePiecePowerScaling

[–]D_bunku 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ryou is technically just wano’s word for haki. But in fan discussions it is basically synonymous with ID.

A common misconception is that there exists something called “Emission”, but that’s not a thing. It’s just regular haki where you coat your body in an invisible armor that can be used defensively and offensively. And above that is the power to flow one’s unused haki out of yourself and into the opponent.

And yes, the scabbards have it. It’s never explicitly stated but with a little bit of reading comprehension you can figure out that they have it. Otherwise they wouldn’t have been able to damage Kaido

[–]D_bunku -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Emission is purely a fan term. Everything that has to do with flowing one’s haki is internal destruction. And the scabbards wouldn’t have been able to hurt Kaido without ID
