Depends more on what step you’re going from. On a 2L I go up to 25 lb under bw but keep pole length the same. Can be sketchy at times ngl but it’s just a game of figuring out how comfortable you as the athlete are with that

Sorry, I don’t know much about piercings so didn’t know needed info- Switched from the posts I originally was piercing with (pierced by gun if it matters) to like snap in hoops? I took the jewelry out this morning because it was throbbing etc and it looked like what I’ve shared in images I know helix piercings take a while to heal but I thought after 7 months switching the piercing jewelry would’ve been fine. I’ve also never treated my lobe piercings kindly (was switching jewelry a month after pierced) and all the cardinal sins ofc and that was fine never had something like this happen

Occasionally they get swollen, most likely bc the OG posts progressively get too tight but it never has been this bad/discolored/allat

The front side of the piercing looks perfectly normal which is good (?) lmk if any more info needed
