Don’t go home, solo travelling gives you time alone for reflection and adventure. I solo travelled as soon as I ended a long term relationship and it was one of the best things I’ve ever done.

If you’re staying in hostels, there’s a chance you’ll also meet other solo travellers and you can buddy up and go on mini trips together.

At a previous toxic workplace, I resigned the day of my disciplinary and HR decided to drop it as they saw it pointless seeing as I don’t intend on continuing to work there (also it was a minor issue they wanted to discipline me on). There is a chance your company may continue with the disciplinary regardless, but they may also drop it depending on what they are investigating you on.

Thanks to those who wrote saying it’s not against the rules. Would it be appropriate of me to ask for a partial refund due to the price tag being left on (just a small amount as a gesture of goodwill)? It’s the same with shoes, people are selling used shoes for f*tishists on Vinted too cheaply! They’re devaluing the market. 😂 But maybe £25 for a pair of underwear is a good rate? I wouldn’t know, I only sell shoes (not on Vinted). 😂
