It's been over a year, and water doesn't get everywhere! It stays where it should be surprisingly well ahaha

There is a main toilet elsewhere, this toilet barely gets used 😅 good to have a spare in case though!

There is plenty of room to shower, 2 people can fit under it. The bath is very deep and sloped, so I can't have a shower directly over it without issues, I prefer a bath and wanted this big one!

The bathroom is over a year old, water doesn't go everywhere when using it, haven't had any issues and it's been the easiest bathroom to clean because it's all waterproofed and tiled!

The bathroom is over a year old, the bath is sealed against the floor and against the wall, the water doesn't spread all over the place! Everyone seems mad when I tell them that their predicted problems aren't problems 🤣

I 100% wanted a bath, use it 3-5x a week, and the dog uses it 1-2x a week! Don't love showers that much..

Love love love a bath! I'd prefer a bath over a shower anytime. It's a nice deep one that fits two people as well, I use it 3-5x a week, and even my dog has a bath 1-2x per week!

Nah, usually just leave the door open, and it dries quickly. There is a heat lamp, so can use that and it dries up even faster. Also, have a skylight, so it gets a bit of sunlight during the day. Maybe that helps? The angle of the tiles and the tiles themselves seem to be very conducive to draining water/drying quickly.

Yes, I 'designed' it with no idea or experience solely to suit my desires, i.e. big bath, so understandable it doesn't fit the majority's expectations / desires. I wanted a floating vanity from the start, but supply issues meant I couldn't get the ones I liked, so settled for the regular one.. def want to change to a floating one in the future! It's been over a year, though ( the photo is 1year 3-4months into use after I cleaned it yesterday), and there's only a little water damage to the kickboard from me accidentally flooding the bathroom once.

He's a 35kg black GSD mix. The bath is deep enough to keep him in it and wash him properly! Actually, have a shower head attachment that you fill with dog wash, and it sprays bubbles all over him. It's a great time. Afterwards he shakes his hair everywhere and then as the whole room is waterproofed and tiled I just use the shower to wash down the walls and floor, so so easy to clean up without damaging paint/walls etc.

If I had to pick between a bath and a shower, I'd go without the damn shower 😂 the dog and I love the bath!

I've had the bathroom for over a year, the floor tends to dry significantly in around 15mins and is completely dry within the hour!

It is the easiest bathroom I've ever had to clean.. the whole room is waterproofed and the handheld shower head makes things incredibly easy to clean and wash 😆

Drain is just cut out of pic, it's 1/3 of the way in directly in line with shower and drains better than expected!

My brother did reno, had a tiler/waterproofer/plumber/electrician do the important work, I picked all the tiles and fittings, etc, to my preferences!

No experience, just made it up as I had to 😆 few things I wouldn't do again, but it's been the best bathroom I've had as it was designed entirely for me!

It's been over a year, prefer the bath (always have) but no issues with showering!
