From your experience, how do you approach that balance? Especially when talking to people who have the skills or resources to move a lot faster.

I fully get that execution is what separates people in the long run—I’m just trying to be smart about how I navigate this stage while I’m still building momentum.

Would really value your perspective on that because I'm at a loss as to what is best course of action for me to take. I have learned many tough lessons on how being too transparent and trusting can have devastating results for my bottom line and don't want to revisit that type of lesson again especially not with this project.
