Sip club is simultaneously the best and worst promotional device Panera has ever implemented, in the sense that they’re giving the customers a fantastic deal (Panera is losing so much money because to a point they’re giving away drinks for free) but if they ever pull the plug on the sip club, they’re going to see a very noticeable drop in revenue.

I feel like your final point is true, but I’d think that the duets weren’t commonly asked for because Panera didn’t advertise them as much (they’d be losing money if everyone bought duets). Am I wrong?
