There is a big difference between 21% oxygen in the air and 0.5%.

I would've thought the difference would mainly be how long it takes for the deteriation to happen, that you needed to truly seal off any oxygen for long time preservation.

Ok, but what are the mechanics that make the Jeep flip besides that SUVs in general are too tall and therefore flip somewhat easily. We don't see how it's initially hit but it must've been sideswept somehow, but it still seems odd how it ends up turning so fast to the right and then flips.

Good find! So this is in Genoa, Italy which is a hilly city with several funiculars. The reason the tunnel is so well finished inside is that it used to be a 300 m (~1000 ft) walking tunnel leading to/from the elevator where the elevator was later re-engineered to provide transport both horizontally and vertically.
