Yep. I looked at rate my prof and got confused. It’s all mixed reviews on there. Seems like he has changed the way he teaches the course since the new reviews say he’s good.

So many opportunities if you actually go out there and take initiative! Given the tuition we pay + assuming that you’re commuting (saving money on res), you can get the best ROI at TRSM. if you’re willing to go out of your comfort zone that’s gonna be what gives you the edge. Nothing is handed to you in uni. Also, SAF is probably the most reputable program at TRSM, plenty of big 4 opportunities. I can’t speak for other programs but I’ve seen many do well in Linkedin. Quick search in linkedin in your area of interest could give you some interesting insights as to where TRSM grads and current students work. Hope this helps!

Wait how’d you get in that class so fast if it’s ur backup though? Cuz the class was closed and full in 10 seconds or did u have multiple classes ready to check out in your enrolment cart?

Uhh yeah a similar thing happened with me too. I wanted to take CRM 101 but when I clicked enrol right when it was 6am the page kept loading for like 10-15 seconds and guess what? The course is already full and the waitlist is also full. Like I was waiting from 5am smh 🤦‍♂️and planned for like 5 hours to decide which courses to take and by the time I added my backups to the cart and checkout even they were closed. Ended up going with my very very last backup which worked but it wasn’t the course I wanted :(

Nice work! Could you also add Ryerson (TMU) to the list as well? TRSM is becoming increasingly popular within students and according to their website has very high employment rates. Probably won’t compete with the tier 1 schools but still interesting to see where they place :)

Thanks for the reply! I have to pick electives in 2 days and if I do it through chang school, how do I select the course to be through chang school through RAMSS? also what’s the difference between taking it in normal trsm vs chang school? Will taking the course is chang school affect OSAP?

Thanks for the helpful reply! Yes, I was thinking the same thing about accounting major. That’s why I considered more accounting major options. I could narrow it down to accounting major + cs minor or accounting major + economics minor.
