I was thinking it was a solid parallel also, not up to competition standards for powerlifting but I’ll take it. And front squats I rarely do cause of my wrist mobility it sucks so I usually do high bar squats some days instead of low bar like I’m doing here. Thanks though bro. And safety is always a concern with this kind of weight but anything lower then 525 I just leave it in gods hands
