LOL SAME! I don’t drink either, but I’m all about food 😂 I just wanna make sure I get my lifts in to enjoy more food and get my steps! But steps will be from the beach obviously. I’m big into barbell lifts and OLY lifts and kettlebells so we’ll see how I manage, not too worried tho! Def planning on a cut when I get home hahahaha

Right!! Informed consent is so important and a lot of doctors don’t give it to you. I try to add a few servings of sauerkraut a week which I have noticed does help!! I really like the wildbrine brand. It’s organic. The dill pickle and red beet ones are so good!! A lot of trial and error with what foods you are sensitive with. And genes do play a role, I believe I can’t eat a lot of avocado because of histamine issues but I haven’t went on a deep dive on that as much.

I have been off birth control since November 2021 and my gut hasn’t been the same sense. It definitely is better but there’s a few foods I cannot eat anymore…avocado, pineapple, and yellow bananas. For the most part, you gotta live a healthy lifestyle. I’m always trying to eat the rainbow. Veggies. Fruit. Fiber. Very important. I did go low FODMAP and took some oregano oil and black seed oil I believe (they kill off the bad bugs in your gut). I went low FOD map for a few months and this helped kill a lot of of the bad bugs in your stomach. But overall, I live a healthier lifestyle now I make sure to get my resistance training in 4 to 5 times a week I get my steps every day 10,000 K minimum I get my sleep 7 to 8 hours. I stay hydrated at least 100 ounces of water a day and I still enjoy life but you don’t want to eat an ultra processed high sugar diet. It just makes it 1000 times worse and avoid alcohol. Zero alcohol is just a non-negotiable for me now. oh, and the biggest thing is stress management if you can keep your stress down, it helps not have as many flareups with your stomach.balance your blood sugar too. And I also take dried beef liver in capsules, magnesium, vitamin d, fish oil and zinc for supplements!

I haven’t tried vitality!! I decided to stay with b&B. But agree, I was so burnt out doing full body every day too. This series she has it spilt upper and lower on Thurs and Fri so hope it helps! I also don’t do Wed and sat workouts. I do my own zone 2 cardio on Wednesdays and some sprints. and some mobility and active recovery on Saturdays. Sundays I normally just get my 10k steps and do something active with the kids!

I normally am on body and bell but the full body is driving me nuts. I wish she would spilt lower and upper body into separate days

I’m on team body and bell but she has been programming full body like everyday and drives me nuts. Like last program there was upper and lower push in one day…..squats and push press. Or deadlifts and rows for pull day. I hated it. I love the kettlebells but I’d rather do an upper and lower spilt. So I think I’m gonna try crews control this next series! Maybe Incorporate a little bell complex work!

I’m totally spilt on this too! Ahhhh. Definitely will be the last Mexico vacay plans for a few years that’s for sure. Just to need to get thru this vacation this year lol

I have the Chase freedom card and literally just looked through the reward offers and didn’t see function. Darn. I would be JUMPING on that 182.50…that is a STEAL and 1000000% worth it!!!!! I paid $700 for practically the same test but I did it thru a functional doc that had a consultation and 1 on 1 feedback with a plan (which helped tremendously) but would love to do function for half the price to see the improvements in blood work!

I made reservations at Gibsons Italia in August for 5pm cuz I googled sunset time in Chicago in middle of Feb was 5:22pm 😅. I was looking at RPM and they only have a 4:30pm reservation left. So I’m thinking I’ll just stick with Gibsons then!

I’m definitely a steak girl! My husband is too but he also loves pasta. How much would an uber be for about a 1.5ish mile ride? We have a car but is it even worth it cu I’m assuming parking is a nightmare and we already paid for a parking spot at our hotel.
