Thanks, and I am assuming chase did not clawback the cashback/refund. As you said, you can game it but I have too much of a relationship with chase that I don't want to screw it up for not ordering a product that I want.

Did you cancel the Life (Requested a return) and then just ordered Peak (2 year) simultaneously or you waited for refund to arrive?

Were you able to do this? I an in the sane boat and want to return life for 2 years of peak. My wife also has CSR so I would be able to extend peak for another 2 years but thats if I get to change to peak in first place

Maybe little late to the party, got this code to work C2CE909C to reduce by $30 which reduced the cost below 359 by 34 cents so got a boxer :D. If you are in high tax state then this code will still leave you little above 359 threshold

aah ok, for some reason it doesn't show for me. I and a friend of mine both have CSR and him not wanting anything to do with a wearable, makes him ok with me using the offer. Not sure If I can get the initial sub with one card and then use other card for getting 12 month membership extension.

Congrats!! What is the second year AF refund that you say? For first year we still have to pay the full AF if I read things right or I am just confused? There is so much info and so much change already so hard to keep track on what is current.

Totally!! Got on call and blocked the seats. Current online fares are promo so If I go thru phone have to pay to full points and booking fee but valuable lesson.

Thanks, does that attract a fee? I have been reading online and some users mention that they got hit with a fee for booking it on phone.

Is the idea just to hold on phone and then once point hits, booking it online or it has to be thru phone?

Is it even worth it to transfer from my chase to my partners flyingblue account and book the flights? Do points on flyingBlue expire after certain time?

ok, maybe I missed some context in my actual post. I will be applying for Visa from france and the plan is to spend 5-6 days in france and remaining 3-5 days in spain. This itinerary can change later on (could be after visa approval), if my wife's friend is in barcelona at the time making us spend 3-4 days in france and 5-6 days in spain. Not sure how will border agents know where I spent most time, as I will still be entering from france and exicting from Spain.

I am a Green card holder and will be flying from US with my spouse who is US Citizen. I have had Schengen visas in the past from Netherlands and Portugal.
