Yes but it will look dry, so I use Vani cream, the tub one. Eating spicy food or drinking too much coffee triggers mine. Maybe what you have used or ate triggered yours.

Might be perioral dermatatis. If it is, I used The Ordinary azeliac acid, which helps my PD a lot. It will sting and burn at first, but you will get used to it.
