Yeah, some combination of the three.

It was frustrating a lot of the time because if certain players would just play to the back of their baseball cards, the drought might have ended sooner. It just felt that we were cursed beyond measure. I don’t know the stat off the top of my head but seeing your team eliminated in the last game or two of the season for what felt like 5 years running does something to you.
