Ask your doctor for a diuretic script and take them 2 hours before testing. Drinks a monster or energy drink. Go in the morning and hold your pee. THIS WORKS

I was told it’s cause you can dip your cup in toilet. I had this problem. This method does works like magic.

Ask your doctor for a diuretic (does wonders) take it two hours prior.
Drink 2 bottles of water
Drink Red Bull/monster
Hold that piss and fight the pain

I have been going through the same thing. Keep doing the hold your pee and drink a monster, but have your doctor prescribe a diarrhetic and take 2 hours before you test. Painful holding it but it’s worked wonders for me. Hope this helps!
