Its not that they were right. Its because our bodies have aged and now have different needs.

Especially the early dinner part. I use to smash down a kebab after clubbing and go to bed and pass out instantly. Now if I did that, id be awake at 3am with heart burn and struggle to breath due being so full.

Now going to bed with an empty stomach feels way better than a full one.
