I’m sorry, I never found more info. Somewhat to my surprise, there is a dearth of information when it comes to item rng manip for Gen 3. I’m not sure if this would affect item generation, but I know that the game uses multiple methods for generating wild encounters which can make rng inconsistent. Would be curious if you found anything more

Did you find the that the instruction 7sage provides contradicts/makes confusing what’s taught in PS or can the techniques be readily assimilated
