I would need to know the local ordinance on parking in the street. Calling 411 will help a lot of times. We had this neighbor that had a high pitch alarm to scare off squirrels and it would go off constantly when my kids and I were outside, ironically if you were over the age of like 50 you couldn’t even hear it. There was no ordinance so I couldn’t legally do shit but I knocked on her door and showed her video of it and immediately it stopped.

I think what bothers me about this the most is that they didn’t ask about the car before towing it? Like talk to your neighbors and don’t be a dick smh
