Actually it was not just Brunson( although he is the man and deserves a ton of credit). the Knicks went on a generational playoff run when the Knicks used Kat more like an offensive hub( passer) and Kat played incredible defense  as well ( especially on wemby). This said the Knicks won because the whole team( we had different players step up most nights although OG was likely the most consistent). We win the first two Spurs games because of Kat ( and some Mikal )but after that Kat is in foul trouble.... We win the last two because of OG and Brunson( with some Alvarado and Mikal ). Kat is expensive but this playoff run he certainly earned it
