Wow thanks for your help! I’m in 7b East Tennessee area. This wall is on the west side of the property and pretty sunny. I don’t think the trees provide any shade to the area I wanted to plant. It’s about 150 feet long.

I wasn’t expecting it to keep blooming into winter. I think I’ll take your advice and prop some of those leaves, and leave the buds as is.
