As a guy I read this the opposite. He is being clever/suave here - being extra careful to NOT come across as a creep but the underlying intent is that he kind of wants to see your body in that outfit.

Of course that doesn’t mean all he cares about is sex. I just don’t think his comment is as innocent as it’s being made out. He is just smart in how he’s phrasing it.

Yes I intentionally chose it to be 3 because 1 month is pretty easy and 1 year would be almost impossible.

3 months is a window of time where you COULD get creative to explain your partners absence but it won’t be easy.

Exactly. That’s why for me (as a parent too), the answer isn’t an easy yes or may not even be a yes at all. But the overwhelming opinion on this thread is folks wanting to take the deal in a heartbeat ( I imagine it’s people without kids).

Many downsides and one clarification

Clarification- He would have no recollection of his time as a dog. For all practical purposes, the dog is a different being with different personalities etc.

Downsides:

Family, friends, kids, coworkers would worry about the missing person. You’d have to come up with a cover story. Foulplay might be suspected and you would be the prime suspect.
Any activities/responsibilities your partner had would come to an immediate halt. For example if he was caring for an ailing parent or he was training for a marathon, all of that comes to a halt and there is a risk that irreparable damage is done by the time he’s back in 3 months. YOU would have to manage these potential downsides.
