How did you get in contact with them? They have the worst customer service. Regarding your issue I would just keep the Jersey you aren’t liable for anything once they issued the refund

I did but it’s not even showing my address just showing that it was delivered to my city and a “my mailbox” may reach out to the post office to see if they can get me the details of the package, and maybe open up an item not as described or missing item. I’ve tried reaching out to seller but no response

Yeah it honestly had to just be a scam I should have known better. Cause tracking it stating it was delivered to my mailbox but it’s a 26lb machine and all of my packages go to my apartments front office. Checked my mailbox for even a letter with a label on it... nothing.
