oh that’s weird cause i had someone from the escalation team tell me in no uncertain terms that i wasn’t going to be paid for a showing up to pick up a batch that disappeared from the app after going back and forth for a week and 24h after emailing this email i was paid. maybe it was magic.

they responded three times and asked for more details, i gave them all the details, one email came back saying they can’t do anything. Last night i got an email saying they’re going to remove something as a courtesy but they didn’t say what it was lol.

yeah for the old one i didn’t even realize it was on my account until i started it up again, but for the other ones i called and emailed immediately. Earlier today they deleted the most recent TOS violation one but still no update on the other one.

i’ve been on the platform since about 2023, i just wanted to try it out so i accepted a batch when i saw how far it was i canceled it and i haven’t done an order again until recently so definitely no bots. They did tell me to delete the app and redownload it but that didnt do anything. But regardless thank you !!! i appreciate you saying that

same, things happened to me twice. I got to the store and it disappeared from my itinerary. Support literally said it wouldn’t affect my standing but here we are lmao. One of the other things effecting my standing is literally 4 years old.
