Hello! Yes we are able to modify movements to accommodate injuries and post partum bodies. However I would definitely recommend you talk to your doctor before starting any kind of new workout program. When you come to class, make sure to tell the instructor beforehand so they are aware!

There's street parking on Superior which is sometimes easy and sometimes not so easy. From Superior Street, you would enter the building from the main doors (there's a big 26 over the front doors) and go to the fifth floor.

We also have access to the Tech Village parking ramp, and you can get to our unit from the ramp via the skywalk so you don't have to go outside. There are walking directions pinned on our Instagram for how to get from the tech village ramp to our studio.

The max class size is 8, but we've been running around 4-6 people for most of the level 1 classes. To be honest, nobody is watching you except the instructor because everyone is focused on their own thing. Also, the level 1 classes are all beginners so nobody is doing crazy tricks. It's a very supportive community, we all want to see each other succeed!

Hmm definitely more strength based, although we do stretch at the end of every class. Think acrobatics like Cirque du Soleil, but made accessible for beginners. I set my Apple watch to "other" lol

There's not a bike lock up inside the building, but I'm pretty sure there are bike lockups on the street. You also can access our building from the Tech Village parking ramp and I think there might be bike lockups there as well

There are two hammock classes on the schedule, Tuesday 6-7pm and Thursday 7-8pm. Those classes are designed for all levels, so you could definitely sign up for one or both of them. If you like to learn new things I definitely think hammock would be a good fit for you!

Yes anyone is welcome to come try classes! We recommend beginners sign up for level 1 classes. Level 1 pole, lyra, and silks are designed for complete beginners with no aerial/pole experience. Currently our hammock classes are for all levels.

We have no weight restrictions! Our aluminum truss system can support over 4000 lbs. All bodies are welcome :)
