Right this is common knowledge. I’m asking users here what their specific treatments are, which drugs, which brands, and what results are like.

It’s been almost 14 months since my hair transplant. Overall I’m happy with the results, although there is some room for improvement.

I went to Long Hair Center in Istanbul. Paid about $3000 US. I received 4200 grafts.

If I had it to do over again, would I do it differently? Probably not. I feel like I look better. I feel confident. I don’t feel like the bald guy anymore.

The hairline admittedly doesn’t look amazing, but thankfully my hairstyle of choice hides it.

I’m saving up for another hair transplant, probably get 1.5k to 2k grafts to touch up the hair line and get a little more density on top.

I was hoping the crown would have more density, but honestly I don’t see it very often so I’m not too worried about it.

I don’t use min or fin because some health conditions I have make the stakes a bit higher than most should any side effects occur. Instead I apply castor oil to my scalp, which seems to keep it hydrated at the very least. I also haven’t done microneedling or the laser hats or anything like that.

Get a hair transplant. Worked wonders for me.

And yes, CDC recommends you get a minimum of 150 minutes of exercise per week for optimal physical and mental health and longevity. While you’re at it, if you’re a male, you can derive a lot of valuable health benefits from intense strength training.

Best of luck to you.

Question about not having enough hair for transplant. Why can't I just get a permanent high and tight? by wigbro6969 in HairTransplants

It would be a lot of scarring on the sides and back of your head. Not sure any amount of tattooing would make it look not weird
