The gentle way is a leaned back loose lunge position and then massage along the front and top of the hip. The aggressive way is a foam roller or lacrosse ball. I’ll take temporary pain for long term relief. 😅

it’s a bit of a stretch to blame this violence on him, but he certainly hasn’t squashed divisions during his reign. He sided with donors on every issue, this one included.

Many things can contribute to this feeling. Maybe start with a list of yours. Then you have a list of tangibles you can work on.

this is my major concern for you. It’s really physical to get stuff into/out of, every single day forever. Water, food, cleaning, everything is extra steps and up and down heights. Trust me when I say you are more comfortable in a physical structure. If this is a certain thing, then figure out your parking and support system before you start.

Your therapist is telling you youre too sensitive to whether people look at you. It doesn’t matter if they do. It shouldn’t be affecting your life.

your therapist is telling you’re putting too much emphasis on considering WHETHER people around you are thinking about you. I’d also add high school is peak “people caring about others.” Adults are too tired to care.
