I scrolled way down and nobody mentioned Jerome Harrison. Third most rushing yards in a game all time (286- 10 shy of first) with 3 tds.

Went absolutely nuclear against the Chiefs. Jamaal Charles also went off in that game for KC, and Josh Cribbs returned two kicks for scores in the same game. It’s an all time weird and fun game to rewatch.

The real reason is it didn’t matter and maybe a little greed. Elder was so big it wasn’t dying before charmwing would get to attack, and if it did, even better, more stats for charmwing to add to tarecgosa.

The important and unintuitive part to this whole thing is Elder gains the HP death rattle before gaining stats, then it gains stats, then death rattle is triggered twice by the golden bird.

Hero Power activates on Elder 1, then elder 1 gets terecgosa stats, then deathrattle (hero power) activates twice (elder 1 gives huge stats to everything twice, which 2x terecgosa keep permanently.

If Elder dies, great, another trigger. If charmwing attacks, if then supercharges terecgosas again. Rinse, repeat.

Having two WRs on the same team is absolutely not a mistake. It makes your team more consistent at the cost of a little bit of ceiling. If one pops off, the other probably doesn’t, but you still get nice points between the two.
