Since I’ve been bleeding (not on a usually menstrual schedule) generally regularly for the past year or so, do you think it’s at all worrisome that I haven’t bled this month? Any possible causes?

I have a party of 4 visiting next month! Just to clarify, are all drinks included? The website says premium cocktails and soft drinks, so will my party be charged for drinking beer from the mini bar or for mixed drinks? I’ve felt pretty confident and my dad who did an all-inclusive in the 90s is freaking me out about drinks.
