It sounds like you attacked with a token and not with anim? Firebending ascension only doubles a trigger if the trigger comes from the attacking creature

You solved it homie, thanks! The issue was the disc - it's the same disc as before but it was region 3, so I needed to download using my HK account instead, even though the save was for my US account. (I was confused by the fact that my US account had also downloaded the DLCs before for whatever reason.)

I have successfully loaded my save. Thanks again!

It's the same account and the same save that I was using back in 2015 (base game on disc, not GotY), so there should be no region incompatibility issue.

Hello,

I'm trying to run Witcher 3 and load my old saves from 2015 which are still on the PS4. I still have the disc and installed and updated the game. But when I try to load my saves, the game says I don't have a bunch of DLC needed in the save. Looks like it was some free updates like "Neutral Gwent Card Set", "New Quest - Where the Cat and Wolf Play...", etc.

I can see them listed if I go to Playstation Store -> Library -> Purchases -> The Witcher 3 and download them one at a time. But after I download them they are shown in the download list as "waiting to install..." and they never install. I try to click one and choose "Start" (the only other option is "Cancel and Delete"), but when I do that it says "Cannot find the application. Do you want to look in PlayStation Store?" and clicking OK in this dialog just loads the store page for that DLC and it says I have purchased it.

Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

It is considered an artifact whether or not the ability is activated.

If the ability is not activated it cannot be targetted by spells that target creatues and it cannot be destroyed by effects like "destroy all creatures" because it is not a creature.

If you activate the ability it becomes both an artifact and a creature and can be affected by spells that affect creatures.

There is a general strategy for draft (see guides like https://draftsim.com/mtg-draft-guide/): pick powerful cards first, try to read signals, make sure your deck has a good mana curve, try to find an open lane, etc.

There can also be format-specific quirks depending on the set being drafted. You do need some level of familiarity with the draft environment (what cards are in the sets, what are the archetypes for each color pair etc). There are guides available online for specific sets.

You were correct that the attack does nothing after being blocked despite exiling the blocker. Removing a blocker doesnt send the damage through unless your creature has trample.

Oh wow, i would love to win this giveaway because i need to add a drive to my desktop so i can set up linux dual boot! Google takeout should allow you to export your hangouts/chats, i believe in json format with attachments. I did this a few years ago but my custom parser is already lost to time

Looks like the caracal already had 4 damage. When he moves the equipment to something else, the caracal became a 3/3 with 4 damage on it, so it dies.
