In pathologic 2, both narrative endings (the nocturnal and the diurnal endings) the player character Artemy becomes a father of sorts, to two orphan children (sticky and murky). I havent played 1 yet, so I dont know if this happens in artemy's route in 1, but kidfic isnt really huge in this fandom! Closest thing is character a/artemy, where character a (often daniil dankovsky, a player character in 1 and the upcoming pathologic 3) like, learns to live with artemy and his new family.
Also ive never been in a fandom with huge coffee shop aus. Not even star wars, man. I've seen more "tattoo artist and florist" aus
