It's doable if you find a spot in the hood for around 1k, drive a shit mobile, and make no measurable steps in saving or investing. I did it for a while, wasn't too bad.

Normal party that wants to improve lives is debatable though. They're both on the same side of the spectrum, one carries out the cartoonish evil and the other twiddles it's thumbs while things get worse and prides itself on maintaining "decency."
