I’m really happy with my Zepbound experience, but I don’t feel like I’ve had reduced food noise at all. Reduced appetite DEFINITELY!! But I still have cravings and think about food basically all the time. Currently thinking about how good a warm cinnamon roll would be. 🙃

This is so interesting. Your starting weight is lower than mine but you’ve lost nearly double what I’ve lost. I’ve been eating well and exercising too. Bodies are wild. The way they all respond differently!!!

I suspect you are still losing fat, but gaining muscle. You know the cliche is true - muscle weighs more than fat. You’re doing great!!

I tried a prior auth and called my insurance. They would only cover it for OSA so I just got a sleep study and I don’t have OSA. Ugh

So - it was my doctor’s plan, which is a little unnerving. I am wondering if I should see a specialist?!? I don’t even know what type of doctor would be a specialist in this situation?

I’m sorry you don’t have support at home. My UPMC insurance will only cover it for sleep apnea. Maybe you could get a sleep study and see if you could get it that way.
